I booked James to take pictures of my own personal celebration day, wanting to capture a photographic memory. I expected good photographs showing people getting out on the water and having fun which was exactly what I got - his photographs are superb in quality. What I hadn't expected was how well he captured the whole spirit of the day; taking shots not just of people 'in action' but sitting, chatting, laughing, even at pensive moments - these photographs communicate such an essence of what we all enjoyed it is quite breathtaking to look at them. James is an intuitive photographer with an excellent eye for a good shot which goes beyond just taking pictures. I am hugely impressed and will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a record of a corporate or private day which is about more than just good photos - James will capture that moment in history forever and you will smile and remember every time you look at his shots. We booked James to take photos at the UK Cable Wakeboard Nationals this year and WMSki Cirencester.He did a fantastic job of capturing every detail of the event from the crowd, to the competition as well as sticking to the brief we gave him of what was needed. He spent a good part of the day taking photos from a jet ski in blistering heat without complaint, and it was clear from the photos that the movement in the water didn’t affect their quality.I would recommend James for any sports event, and will certainly be giving him a call the next time we run an event.
